Trout Fishing Report for Bennett Spring 03-11-2022
Fishing report
How's Fishing?
Fishing this week has been a bit cold. The weather has not kept all the anglers at home though. I was able to get down to the stream a couple of times this week and watched several fishermen having some luck. The water has receded though the water is still a little murky. The word on the stream is that the bright colors such as chartreuse and white are doing the trick. With that being said a couple of our lunkers this week were caught with black and brown. Remember, its not always the color but the makeup and shape of whatever you are using that can attract any kind of fish.
It looks like we have light at the end of the tunnel as Sunday looks to bring some warmer weather with the temperature rising up into the 60's. The rest of the week looks pretty ideal for some good fishing too. Have a great weekend everyone and good luck out there.
