Fishing Report

Eryn  from Lee's Summit caught her first trout!
How’s Fishing
? Fishing has been excellent this week. We had some huge fish weighed in this week- Several that were close to making the lunker club and several that exceeded the 2 pound limit. We had several 4 pounders and a huge 7 pounder brought up. Lots of anglers were stripping cracklebacks and landing some nice fish. The Bennett Blue crackleback was on fire this week. The red crackleback was also working quite well.
Several anglers were throwing Rooster Tails and having some great success. Marabou jigs with olive were also catching a lot of fish this week. The Spring is looking great with a normal flow. This weekend is free fish weekend so we hope to see a good crowd. Have a great weekend- we’ll see you on the stream.
