Fishing Report

How's Fishing? I would have to say we have had a pretty good week of fishing. Met several happy anglers this week who reported they did very well. A variety of different flies and lures were used by anglers this week and seemed to be working well. In zone 1 and 2, I would have to say a majority of the angler were reporting the glo ball was the key to their success. The old Jimi Hindrix glo ball  and the Peach Glo ball drifted with an indicator was working great. Another great jig this week was not just the cream but the white mopfly also drifted with an indicator. We had a couple of folks come up and wanted to venture up into zone 1 and zone 2. They used their spinning rods with a weighted bobber and an assortment of mopflies and glo balls. They later came up with some nice stringers.  The yellow hackle with a spinner worked great for anglers this week.

Everyone at Weaver's would like to thank all of our Veterans who gave the ultimate sacrifices.  Thank you to the men and women who have and are currently serving in our armed forces. "Our flag does not fly because the wind moves it. It flies with the last breath of each soldier who died protecting it." — Unknown
I hope everyone enjoys the weekend. Good Luck, be safe and we'll see you on the stream!
